We are delighted that our 12-month School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme, in collaboration with Teach First, will be running for its 3rd year in 25/26. This course is aimed at those with an undergraduate degree or equivalent who want to be based in school for the year.

Our 23/24 trainees enjoyed a fantastic training experience, with 100% of them successfully earning Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE, and the majority going on to secure a permanent teaching role in one of their placement schools.

Interested individuals can train to become a teacher in one of our wonderful schools either on our Primary or Secondary program. Secondary subjects include – English, Maths, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Business Studies, Computing, History, Geography, Languages (French & Spanish), Religious Studies as well as Physical Education (PE).

This is a brilliant opportunity to gain QTS and a PGCE within 12 months. Applications are now open via the DfE’s website for a September 2025 start date.
